Loboco comes from the Lingala word for hand. That's the whole idea: getting medicine directly into the hands of the people who need it — reliably, affordably, and without the shortages and counterfeits that cost lives.
The problem
Good medicine, in the wrong place — or not there at all.
Across the DR Congo, a pharmacy can run out of a basic medicine right when an illness peaks, while stock sits idle elsewhere. Falsified products slip into weak supply chains. And ordering often depends on data and smartphones many people don't have.
- Shortages & overstock — the same medicine missing in one town, expiring in another.
- Counterfeits — falsified medicine is a real and dangerous problem in the region.
- Access — ordering that assumes a smartphone and reliable data leaves people out.

Founder
Built by someone who's lived the problem.
Sam Ebengho is an AI Engineer and the founder of Loboco. Originally from the Democratic Republic of Congo, Sam brings a personal understanding of the infrastructure gaps that exist in developing regions and a deep commitment to closing them through technology.
With a background spanning AI development, software engineering, and IT operations, Sam has built enterprise platforms, designed intelligent automation systems, and developed AI pipelines that have driven real operational impact across industries. He currently serves as an AI Specialist at Sediver and is pursuing his Bachelor of Science in Information Technology at Western Governors University.
Loboco was born from a simple but urgent question: how do you get medicine to the people who need it most, reliably and at scale? Sam is building the answer.
